 Meet the Founders of C.C.G (Chapman Consulting Group)!! Terrence & Krystal Chapman are a husband/wife team who have been blessed with 3 beautiful children.  Krystal has served the community  for 20 + years in the field of Mental Health.  Her background includes working as a Foster Care Specialist & Child Protective Service Investigator for the State of Michigan.  From that journey she became drawn to the clinical aspect of Social Work. After obtaining her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work she pursued the entity of Residential Facilities for youth. Taking the position of Clinical Therapist for youth convicted of Criminal Sexual Crimes to Assault and Robbery, she developed a greater commitment to advocacy to change policies that further degraded youth in "lock up".  Krystal helped change return home and visitation policies in order to give youth an incentive to continue growing forward. Her journey then continued onto Infant Mental Health where she served families with children 0-6 years old as a Infant Mental Health Therapist. The last 10 years of her career has been dedicated to becoming a specialist of behavior. 

Mr.Chapman started out obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Soon he recognized his love for working with children in the education capacity. This inspired him to obtain his Master's degree in Education with an endorsement in Special Education. He has 24 years as a Certified Teacher serving students in elementary, middle and high school with special needs.  His background includes working for the Detroit Public School Community District. He worked in a self-contained ASD (autism spectrum disorder) classroom for 8 years at the middle school level as the head teacher. Mr.Chapman created creative programming for his students to learn at the highest level getting them prepared to transition to high school. Mr.Chapman has also worked with the EMI/CI (emotionally/mentally impaired & cognitively impaired) students in the afterschool program capacity; tutoring students and implementing behavioral plans listed in the IEP's for those students. Mr.Chapman then moved into the elementary sector where he held the position of Resource teacher. He then landed in the Alternative High School arena as a Resource Teacher working with a variety students with various abilities & capabilities. Mr.Chapman is highly committed to the students he serves and their families. He known for his direct encouragement and customized tools he lends to students that are challenged in being successful.  He lends himself to night school students as well through the Second Chance program where he leads his students into greatness.

 Conducting trainings, conferences, rebuilding Mental Health  & Education programs in community agencies has grown into Chapman Consulting Group, LLC.  Terrence & Krystal desire to share their knowledge with organizations, both non-profit and for profit to help them grow and develop sensitivity in leading others.  The C.C.G Team carries the same heart and stand ready to help foster change through knowledge & guidance.

Our services include comprehensive consultation which assists in identifying gaps, resources and opportunities for corporate and educational entities. Our in-services for staff and executive teams aid in process improvement and applications to improve work performance and programs. We have chosen to use methodologies that are sure to enhance the existing skills of your staff/teams and meet goals. This equals success.

We have experienced the gaps in team building and the deficits of broken team models and agency systems.
